Thomas is a relatively new coach with a strong passion for sharing his love for the game and developing young athletes not only in the physical side of the game but also the mental side. He is currently completing his training in both developmental coach and advanced developmental coach with the National Coaches Certification Program in Canada. Thomas recently completed his Masters of Education in Counselling Psychology and enjoys implementing his learning of mental strength within sport with his athletes. Thomas played 4 years of collegiate volleyball in the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference for the Augustana Vikings in Camrose competing against the top teams at provincials multiple times.
