Nicole Kaufmann is an experienced volleyball player and coach with a strong background in high-performance
athlete development, grassroots programming, and long-term player mentorship. She brings a combination of
elite playing experience and over a decade of coaching leadership at the high school, club, and provincial levels.
As an athlete, Nicole competed extensively at both the high school and club levels and was a member of the
Provincial Team program (2003–2005). She represented her province at the Canada Games in 2005, gaining
valuable experience competing at a national level. She went on to play NCAA Division I volleyball at Montana
State University from 2005–2010, where she served as a three-year team captain.
Nicole transitioned into coaching with a strong focus on athlete development and program building. She has
accumulated 16 seasons of senior high school volleyball coaching experience, supporting competitive programs
and guiding student-athletes through technical, tactical, and personal development. She has also spent 8 seasons
coaching junior development volleyball, helping younger athletes build strong foundational skills and a love for
the game.
At the club level, Nicole has coached athletes across U15, U16, and U18 programs, contributing to both skill
progression and competitive team success. She has also coached with Trach Sports Academy and volunteers
with Provincial Team programs, supporting athlete development and contributing to high-performance training
environments.
