Fraser is a transplanted Manitoban who coached under two of the best coaches in Canada, Phil Hudson and Larry McKay, where he learned how to develop elite athletes by focusing on fundamentals and skill development. After an extremely successful tenure with the Dakota Lancers, Team Manitoba and the Winnipeg Strike, he moved to Alberta, landing with Elite West, where he has continued his development under Brad Kilb, another Canadian coaching icon. Seven of Fraser’s former players have gone on to play for one of our National Teams. Fraser brings an immense amount of passion to the gym, which is infectious. His positive nature allows him to reach his players and help them continue to progress.
