Colm has spent the entirety of his adult life playing and coaching volleyball. During his playing career he would often spend his summer and winter breaks offering volleyball clinics and coaching camps in his hometown of Lethbridge and his university town of Waterloo. While setting for the University of Waterloo he received various individual accolades for his performance in the OUA; winning multiple rookie, all-star, and MVP awards. In 2019 he was selected to compete in the U21 World Championships and was able to play against some of the top volleyball talents in the world. After completing his bachelor’s, he was offered a contract in Sweden to play with the Falkenberg Falkens where he had a successful professional season before returning to Canada to study Medicine. Now in Edmonton he has been coaching short clinics for high school and junior high students with the Golden Bears.
