Education: Fifth year student completing a Bachelor of Education (Teacher Education North) a collaborative degree between the University of Alberta and Grande Prairie Regional College (now known as Northwestern Polytechnic)

Marital Status: Single

Alexandra started playing volleyball at a young age in a small community in Northern Alberta. She played for the Central Peace Panthers (Club: U13-U18) and the Spirit River Regional Academy Renegades (School: Grades 5-12) for several years before pursuing her volleyball career at the post-secondary level. She has played for the Grande Prairie Regional College/Northwestern Polytechnic Wolves for the last four years as an outside hitter and libero and was a captain in her fourth year. Alex will be returning to the Wolves in the fall for her fifth year. She has previously coached various youth teams in both club and school volleyball. While she is relatively new to the coaching world, her passion for volleyball is evident and she is eager to share her knowledge with young players.
