Abby may be somewhat new to the coaching world but her high-level experience with the sport does not disappoint. Abby was a late addition to the volleyball world only starting her setting career at 16 years old with 403 Selects volleyball club. From there she evolved her level in the sport by earning a scholarship to Thompson Rivers University where she was the starting setter in her first year gaining a spot on the USport All-Rookie Team. Abby and team made TRU history with the best finish in program with a 4th place finish in Western USport conference in the 2020 season. She finished off her university career with a well-earned 2-year captain position as well as being the new record holder for assists and aces in program history. Abby continued her love for the sport at the highest level going professionally to Slovakia where she led her team to a League Championship and Portugal where she continued to expand her skills. With Abby’s love for the game, she is excited to now bring her knowledge to youth athletes.
