Skills Specific Training with tons of fun, technical training and game play. This program is designed for volleyball enthusiasts who successfully made their junior or senior teams, but want additional coaching to improve their technical skills over the season to be in a better position to try out for club volleyball in December 2022 as well as improve their skill to be a better performer on their school team.

The weekly session will comprise of 75-90 minutes of technical training and 30-45 minutes of game play for a total of 2 hours. Sunday mornings for 2 hours at Saville Community Sports Centre from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
