Skills Specific Training with tons of fun, technical training and game play. This program is designed for volleyball enthusiasts who did or did not make their school teams, but want additional coaching to improve their technical skills over the season to be in a better position to try out for club volleyball in the fall of 2025 as well as improve their skill to be a better performer on their school team or start working towards their club teams.
The weekly session will comprise of 75-90 minutes of technical training and 30-45 minutes of game play for a total of 2 hours. Sunday afternoons for 2 hours at the Saville Community Sports Centre from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm.
