During his time as an assistant at Humber, Matt helped guide multiple athletes to All-Canadian Awards (Jake Gomes-22,23) (Joshua Fadare-22) as well as National Player of the Year recognition (Joshua Fadare-22)
Assistant Coach of the Mohawk College Mountaineers (19-21) finishing 5th place in the OCAA (19)
Assistant Coach of Team Manitoba 16U Boys (17)
Played for the Brandon University Bobcats of the Canada West Conference (15-18) reaching the Canada West Quarterfinals in 2017 and 2018
Played for the Keyano College Huskies (12-15) of the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference winning Keyano’s first ever medal (Bronze) in school history. Matt was a conference All-Star two times (14,15) and Rookie of the Year (13)
