Connor has been a successful outside hitter for his career as a high performance volleyball player. Developing as an athlete, Connor was fortunate enough to participate in the Team Alberta program all throughout his club years, winning a National Championship at Canada Summer Games in Sherbrooke, Quebec. As a University U Sport player with the Calgary Dino’s, being a captain for 4 consecutive years, Connor is a the top 10 all-time record holder for career kills, aces, digs and holds the record for most solo blocks in a match. He has been a coach for Calgary Mens Volleyball clubs ranging from 15U – 18U as a technical coach and strength and conditioning coach, traveling to international competitions including US Junior Olympics and training camps in Cuba. Connor has been an assistant coach at the University of Calgary for the Dinos Mens volleyball program and continues to coach the team as a strength and conditioning coach to this day. Mentors that Connor was fortunate enough to learn from in the coaching world include Rod Durrant, Brad Kilb, Fraser Macleod and many more, continuing to learn from all levels of coaches and athletes.
