Erin always wanted to coach so when she finished playing for the Brandon Bobcats, she went back to Grande Prairie. Where started coaching with the Grande Prairie Regional College Wolves, the Composite High School and the Wolves club volleyball program. Wanting to further her coaching she moved back to Brandon to take her NCCP level 3 with Lee Carter and be the full-time assistant coach to the Brandon Bobcats. While she was in Brandon, she ran the Volleyball Canada Center of Excellence. Now back in Grande Prairie Erin currently manages the Windsor Plywood and coaches whenever she is asked.
