General Cancellation Policy

General Cancellation Policy Summer & Fall 2025:

There will be no refunds for any of our programs after June 1, 2025. There will also be no credits issued for future programs with HITT Volleyball. A partial refund after the June 1, 2025 deadline may only be considered, if the camp/s in question is/are filled to capacity and has/have an active waitlist. If an athlete from the waitlist can replace the athlete seeking a cancellation, a partial refund may then be issued. If a camp is listed with a waitlist, it does not always guarantee that there will be people on the waitlist or that the spot can automatically be filled, as with time people make other arrangements. All requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail and in case of injury must be accompanied by a certified physician’s letter/note. All cancellations requests submitted either before or after June 1, 2025 and subsequent refunds are subject to an administration fee of $95.00 CDN from HITT Volleyball plus additional charges incurred to HITT Volleyball from PayPal (6% of the initial and total registration amount including tax).
Our Camps are not for private resale or transferable to other people on a private basis. All requests for cancellations must go through us only and only via e-mail process (info@hittvolleyball.com)!
 
Example: Registration cost $425.- plus GST ($21.25) equals $446.25 CDN dollars minus 6% is $26.78.- equals $419.47.- minus $95.00 equals $324.47 CDN of a total refund.
 
For customers with e-transfer payments, these will also be refunded via e-transfer and the following charges will apply: The HITT Volleyball administration fee of $95.00 CDN plus a $15.00 CDN banking business transaction fee for a total of $110.00 CDN.
